We are a small family business run with Tender Loving Care. We started back in 2008 renting our 5-bedroom villa in Rio Real to golfers and holidaymakers and we found that we love it! We are now looking after 6 beautiful holiday homes in prime locations of Marbella and Puerto Banus with the same care as back in 2008.

Our villas in Marbella have an overall capacity of 106 guests and they all boast with an amazing location within walking distance from the beach. Our guests can rely on our personalized service and attention of our dedicated team. We love what we do and we are eager to show you!

BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Booking deposit. Upon the Property Manager’s approval, the Guest will only be charged a 25% booking deposit based on the Total Price.

b) Balance. The 75% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and it will be charged automatically from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the Booking deposit will not be refunded.

c) Damage deposit. The damage deposit of 800 EUR is pre-authorized on the same CC 4 days prior to departure. It will be refunded within 2 days of the Check-out Date provided no deductions are made due to:

i. damage to the property or furnishings;

ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive cleaning; or

iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to Guest’s stay.

d) Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival. No refund after that unless specified otherwise in writing.

e) House Rules: By proceeding with the reservation, the guest agrees to follow the applicable House rules.
