Lirios Village Marbella offers a great location in Puerto Banús, just a few steps from the restaurant La Sala Banús and Breathe and at walking distance to the beach and the main restaurants and amenities of the Port.

The 5 villas are set up in the same street (Calle los Lirios) and 3 of them have a common private gate to access directly with your car. All the villas count with their own private garage.

This is very convenient for big families and groups who are willing to have privacy but having the beloved ones at few steps.

The properties with a lot of light, space and privacy are the perfect venue for your private events and parties.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Booking deposit. Upon the Property Manager’s approval, the Guest will only be charged a 25% booking deposit based on the Total Price.

b) Balance. The 75% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and it will be charged automatically from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the Booking deposit will not be refunded.

c) Damage deposit. The damage deposit of 800 EUR is pre-authorized on the same CC 4 days prior to departure. It will be refunded within 2 days of the Check-out Date provided no deductions are made due to:

i. damage to the property or furnishings;

ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive cleaning; or

iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to Guest’s stay.

d) Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival. No refund after that unless specified otherwise in writing.

e) House Rules: By proceeding with the reservation, the guest agrees to follow the applicable House rules.
